FS-G RTV Silicone Sealant
FS-G is a one-component, neutral room-temperature curing silicone sealant. It features excellent UV resistance and weathering aging resistance, and is suitable for the encapsulation and sealing of solar cell modules. It is a thixotropic one-component room-temperature sealant.
Product advantages:
• Convenient to use, with good extrusion application performance;
• Rapid curing at room temperature, non-toxic and non-corrosive;
• Operating temperature range: -50 °C to +180 °C;
• Excellent electrical insulation performance;
• Good resistance to water, ozone, UV, damp heat and other weathering aging factors;
• Excellent adhesion, maintaining long-term sealing performance.
Installation Instructions:
• Clean and wait until the surface of the object is dry and adhered, extrude the product from the packaging tube, apply it evenly on the part, and trim it before the sealant has been vulcanized to remove excess sealant;
• Avoid contacting with eyes during sizing, not sealed during construction and curing, and maintain a good ventilation environment;
• After each use, it should be quickly sealed to prevent the residual sealant in the tube from being exposed to moisture in the air.
