It is a regional branch of China National Petroleum Corporation. It was established in October 2000 through the reorganization of the former Daqing Oilfield Chemical General Plant and Linyuan Petrochemical Company. It can produce petrochemical products such as gasoline, diesel, lubricating oil base oil, paraffin, polyacrylamide, and polypropylene. It is a comprehensive petrochemical enterprise integrating oil refining, chemical production, and mining area services.
